Southwestern Sleep Center is nationally accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and a state-of-the-art sleep center.  This includes comprehensive sleep medicine care for patients referred for consultation with follow up care and certification of the sleep technologists.  We are dedicated to timely scheduling of tests and consultations and timely reports of sleep studies. Our goal is to be the best provider of sleep medicine care in Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico communities.

COMPREHENSIVE SLEEP MEDICINE SERVICES:

·        Consult with board certified sleep physician, sleep study, treatment and follow up care

·        Direct Referral - Sleep study only (without consult).  Information we will need:

      1. Recent office notes with clinical indications for disorder

      2. History and physical
